Campaign Analytics
The Campaign Analytics dashboard gives you a clear overview of how your campaigns are performing. It helps you track task progress, call outcomes, and key performance metrics in one place.

Open the
Campaignspage and click on the campaign you want to analyze. You will now be taken directly to theStatsscreen, where you can view the key performance metrics for that campaign. -
You can view the current status of tasks in the campaign, including how many tasks are Queued, Running, Paused, or Archived.

The dashboard also provides call-level metrics such as the total number of calls made, how many of those calls were picked up, and the overall pickup rate for the campaign.

Once created, the widget will appear on the dashboard and will also be available across all campaigns for easier analysis.

You can also navigate to the Tasks page from the campaign view to see a more detailed breakdown of all tasks within the campaign.
