Add Widgets in Insights

1. Open Insights from the main menu.

2. Click on the Add option on the top right corner of the screen.

   

3. Choose the representation type for the widget - Number, Line, Bar or Pie Chart

4. Enter a title for the widget. Select appropriate data source such as Conversations, Tags, or Executions.

5. Select the time range for the widget. Toggle Persist time range checkbox to apply the selected range instead of the default time range.

6. Choose how to group and view the metric, such as by Day, Week, or Month.

7. Enter the metric details required for your widget.

8. Narrow the data by creating your own filters. Open the Filters tab and add conditions.

9. Click Done to add the widget. Review the created widget on the dashboard.

Add Widgets in Campaigns

1. Navigate Campaigns from the main menu.

2. Click on the three dots next to a campaign and select view stats.

   

3. Click on add in top right corner and create the widget in the same manner as created in Insights.
