Widgets
This section explains how to create custom widgets to analyze a specific metric over a selected time range in Insights and the Campaigns tab. Custom widgets are useful when built-in analytics are too broad and a more targeted view is required.
Add Widgets in Insights

Open
Insightsfrom the main menu. -
Click on the
Addoption on the top right corner of the screen. -
Choose the representation type for the widget - Number, Line, Bar or Pie Chart

Enter a title for the widget. Select appropriate data source such as Conversations, Tags, or Executions.

Select the time range for the widget. Toggle
Persist time rangecheckbox to apply the selected range instead of the default time range. -
Choose how to group and view the metric, such as by Day, Week, or Month.

Enter the metric details required for your widget.

Narrow the data by creating your own filters. Open the Filters tab and add conditions.

Click Done to add the widget. Review the created widget on the dashboard.
